The Lecture "Bank Performance at the International Level During the War" at Ostroh Academy

Within the framework of the "Financial Market" Course, on May 29, a meeting was held at the National University of Ostroh Academy with Bohdana Havryliuk, a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, a board member of JSC "Citibank". The lecture topic was "Bank Performance at the International Level During the War".

Yuliia Shulyk, Candidate of Sciences (Economics), associate professor of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Audit, delivered an introductory speech:

"Today, we have a unique opportunity to talk with Bohdana Havryliuk, a graduate of Ostroh Academy. She represents one of the largest banks, which is always in the top five ratings of the best banks in the world. We are glad to see Bohdana and sincerely thank her for sharing her invaluable experience in the banking sector."

During the lecture, Bohdana Havryliuk spoke about how the bank works at the international level, how the regulator's influence on the bank's work changed, and how the bank's work changed during the war.

"I am very pleased to hold a lecture for the students of Ostroh Academy. Thank you very much for this opportunity. I hope for the continuance of our cooperation,"

Yeseniia Malyshko, a 4th-year student of the speciality 072 Finance, Banking and Insurance, shared her impressions of the meeting:

"At the lecture, I learned a lot of interesting material and had the opportunity to deepen my existing knowledge. I was impressed by Bohdana's level of knowledge because she quite freely operated with several unfamiliar terms. Meetings with highly qualified specialists play a major role in forming students' basic professional skills. Our university pays due attention to organising lectures with practising specialists for students, which is undoubtedly a significant advantage of studying at Ostroh Academy."
