During the event, the sports results of the competition called “Together to Victory”, which took place among the faculties throughout the school year, were announced. During the school year, the competitions in football and basketball (offline), chess, FIFA, Dota, Counter-Strike (online) were held.
Rector of the National University of Ostroh Academy, Professor Ihor Pasichnyk noted that thanks to the organization of the Recreation, it became possible to revive the traditions of our alma mater:
“It was the most fun event. We have gathered at the stadium, celebrated the end of the academic year with the results of sports competitions at the university. This year, we also were planning the “Recreation” competitions, we would have gladly held it here together, but the insidious, fierce enemy that attacked Ukraine did not give us the opportunity to hold that many events. Now we all realize that people, the best that the nation has, die every day. We count on you, young people, students”.
Prof. Pasichnyk added:
“We can be proud of our alma mater. We are showing how to work on all fronts, and today we have demonstrated how to work on the sports front. It is also very important, because the body, the mind, and the future of Ukraine have been trained. I congratulate all of us on this event. We must show the enemy that we are working, that we are in a good mood, that we are training well, that we are always ready to help those who are currently fighting”.
Head of the physical education section, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Public Health and Physical Education, Hennadii Stadnikov added:
“Thank you to all the students who have responded to calls for participation at the events that we organized together with the sports division of the Student Brotherhood. Sports always train willpower, and we called this sports competition “Together to Victory”. It is very important at this time because we will definitely win”.

The Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for Education and Upbringing of the National University of Ostroh Academy Ruslana Kalamazh presented diplomas and symbolic pins from the Student Brotherhood to the students who took an active part in the sports life of the university.

I congratulate the students who have shown us an example of this vitality and proven the necessity of engaging in physical education and sports”,
