The rector of Ostroh Academy met with foreign students

A meeting with international students was held at the Ostroh Academy. During the conversation with the rector of Ostroh Academy Ihor Pasichnyk, applicants from Nigeria, Pakistan, Cameroon and Ecuador listened to a short lecture on the modern history of Ukraine, including relations with other states, as well as the Russian Federation. 

Ihor Pasichnyk noted that Ostroh Academy is already organizing a territorial defense detachment named after the Princes Ostrozki, which will include students, teachers and representatives of the rector's office, and assured that foreign students are safe while studying at our university.

“Stay calm. Learn. Organize your leisure time. Do not be indifferent to the events in Ukraine and the world. Take a critical approach to analyzing any information received from the media”,

At the end of the meeting, foreign applicants had the opportunity to ask questions to the rector, as well as discuss the stages of cooperation in the event of full-scale military operations on the territory of Ukraine. After that, the students were introduced to escape routes on different floors of the University. After all, the old academic and new academic buildings of the National University of Ostroh Academy are equipped with bomb shelters and they are ready to stay there for a long period of time.
