Entrants of educational programs Culturology, Religious Studies, History and Archeology, Psychology, Political Science, International Relations, Journalism and Economics (Economic Cybernetics) pass a complex entrance exam in a foreign language (CEE), which provides the use of organizational and technological processes for the implementation of external independent evaluation and entrance professional testing (CPET) at NUOA.
Entrants to the specialty Law enter the university solely on the results of a single professional entrance examination, which involves the use of organizational and technological processes for the implementation of external independent evaluation.
Entrants to the specialty Law enter the university solely on the results of a complex professional entrance testing (CPET), which provides the use of organizational and technological processes for the implementation of external independent evaluation.
List of necessary documents to be submitted:
- 1) Application (the form for filling is given at the point of registration for applicants);
- 2) identity document;
- 3) document about the obtained degree of higher education (Qualification Level) or a certificate for the planned term of completion of a course and obtaining a diploma in 2018;
- 4) two photos of size 3*4;
- 5) documents on the successful completion of additional entrance testing (cross-examination);
- 6) documents certifying the right to special CEE/CPET conditions (if any).
The deadline for filing documents for registration at the External Independent Evaluation is June 5, 18:00.
The complex entrance exam in a foreign language is on July 11, and the complex professional entrance testong is on July 13. Professional entrance testing for admission to the humanities is on July 9.

CEE and CPET: use of results:
- - to pass entrance examinations it is enough to register for one educational program to one educational institution and successfully complete the test;
- - CEE and CPET give the right to submit to 5 applications for budget places and an unlimited number of contract places at numbers 081 and 293 - Law and International Law;
- - there are no restrictions on filing applications for other specialties;
- - test results can be used in additional contests announced in 2018.
Cross entrance:
- - For cross-entry applying you must complete additional testing for each competition in each higher education institution;
- - Additional entrance tests may be conducted from May 14 to May 31 for admission to the CPET/CEE and when accepting documents if the CPET/CEE is compiled;
- - There are no restrictions on the number of applications for other specialties.
Exams in higher education institutions instead of the CPET/CEE:
- - Persons who can not take part in entrance examinations due to the diseases mentioned in the List of diseases and pathological states that may be an obstacle for the passage of the EIE;
- - Persons who need special conditions to be created that not specified in the list for codes 0101-0104, 0201-0203, 0206, 0301-0306, 0401, 0501, 0601, 0701, 0702 for the implementation of the CPET/CEE;
Applicants released from military service (including demobilized ones) after March 31, 2018.
