Lecturers of Ostroh Academy among the best authors of The Legal Bulletin of Ukraine

The Ukrainian weekly periodical The Legal Bulletin of Ukraine announced the rating of the best authors whose materials were published in 2012.
To carry out the analysis, the editorial staff brought together all publications. Using questionnaires, expert evaluations, comments by the editorial board and subscribers, the editorial staff named 52 best authors (corresponding to the number of weeks in a year). This year’s rating consists of nine nominations: High Level of Argumentation and Search for Solutions to a Difficult Social Issue, Creative Raising of Complex Law Enforcement Issues, Thorough Professional Analysis of Topical Complex Issue, etc.
Vasyl Popeliushko, Professor of Ostroh Academy, Dr.Sc. (Legal Sciences), Director of I. Malynovskyi Institute of Law, became one of the best authors in the nomination Systemic Scientific Study of Legal Issue for his publication Preventive Measures of the New Procedural Criminal Code: Concept, Objective, Grounds, Types and General Characteristics.
The editorial board awarded Mykhailo Smokovych, Cand.Sc. (Legal Sciences), Associate Professor of the Department of Municipal and Administrative Law, judge of the Supreme Administrative Court in the same nomination for his article Election Disputes. Some Aspects of Election Disputes Adjudicature by Administrative Courts During the Parliamentary Elections.
