Pressing issues of Ukrainian Historiography discussed by the leading scholars

International research and practice conference Pressing Issues of Ukrainian Historiography of the 19th – 21st Centuries has been held recently in the National University of Ostroh Academy. Leading scholars of academic institutions and museums of Ukraine and form abroad (University of Zagreb, Croatia) took part in the conference.
The presentations of new publications were held during the plenary meeting. Namely, the encyclopaedia of Ostroh Academy, the publications of the Institute for Ukrainian Diaspora Studies of the National University of Ostroh Academy and the Institute of Encyclopaedic Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, as well as the Department of Ukrainian Language and Literature of the University of Zagreb.
At the end of the meeting, Maria Mahun, Director of Myhailo Hrushevskyi National Memorial Museum, invested Professor Liubomyr R. Vynar (founder and President of the Ukrainian Historian Society) with the Insignia of the Museum for his contribution to the development of Hrushevskyi Studies, and also Alla Atamanenko, Ostroh Academy Professor, for her assistance in the UHS cooperation with Ukrainian institutions.
