The students and lecturers of the National University of Ostroh Academy organized a series of events to commemorate the victims of the famine.
On Tuesday, 22 November, they watched films about Holodomor, and on 24 November the action Light up the Candle took place to commemorate the victims. They all gathered for a prayer in the Student and Lecturers Church of Saint Fedir Ostrozkyi and commemorated the victims by taking a moment of silence and lighting up candles.
The Day of Holodomor Victims Commemoration in Ostroh Academy ended with a commemoration meeting in the Student Club.
