The participants of Canada World Youth exchange programme and the members of ecology subdivision of Ostroh Academy Student Brotherhood led the Green Day on 10 October.
The action Give Your Palm for the Ecology took place in Ostroh Academy as part of the Green Day. Everyone interested could leave their palm imprints on a banner featuring the ecological theme. Apart from that, the CWY participants organized a concert of musical instruments made from litter.
During the day the volunteers in green were handing out leaflets about the environmental situation and encouraged students to foster environmental solidarity.
