The new academic year in Ostroh Academy began. The solemn inauguration of the students took place at the academy park on August, 28. This year more than 400 school alumni become students of the academy.
Freshmen were welcomed on this occasion by rector of the Academy Igor Pasichyk, Dean of Humanities College Vasyliy Zhukovskyi and special guests Liubomyr Buniak and Viktor Matsun.
Rector also handed mantles to new-made PhD professors within the event. In the end of the ceremone new students were leading by professors to the temple of science — National University of Ostroh Academy.
