University Day of German Culture

The last but one day of the anniversary celebrations at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic languages was devoted to German culture.
One could enter German artistic world during the evening of German culture which took place on 3 February. The evening took place on the initiative of the head of German club, instructor of the Department of the English Language and Literature Ivanna Havryliuk.
Students recited German poetry, sang songs and demonstrated acting skills.
"The Day of German Culture at the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Languages helps students to enrich their knowledge of various aspects of culture and mental peculiarities of the country the language of which they learn. Besides the national cuisine, performances and German poetry reciting, the students had an opportunity to test their acting skills and even to demonstrate them in short films shown to the guests of the event", mentioned Lina Tymoshchuk, the student of the Faculty of Romance and Germanic Languages.
