Financial System of Ukraine: Formation and Development

On 15-16 May the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Teachers’ Conference Financial System of Ukraine: Formation and Development took place in Ostroh Academy National University.     

The conference included the plenary meeting and 6 sections.  The speech of welcome was delivered by the Rector of Ostroh Academy National University Ihor Pasichnyk.   It has become a tradition to invite the scientist Arndt Kumpel (Germany) to the conference. The students had a possibility to discuss with him such urgent topics as world financial crisis, it’s display in different countries, and agriculture as a strategic branch of economy.       

Altogether, the lecturers of economics colleges of the leading educational institutions of Ukraine took the floor at the conference with the lectures that concerned:  transformation of budgetary and tax system of Ukraine; finances of economic agents in financial system of Ukraine; financial aspects of the state’s social policy; urgent problems of financial and credit relations and their solutions; modern tendency of financial market development, and also mathematical patterns and information technologies in finance.      

All in all, the participants of the conference discussed the main tendencies of financial market development, the mechanism of antirecessionary financial management, the peculiarities of social expenditures financing, state regulation of entrepreneurial, insurance and tax activities, etc.
