Ostroh Academy Student Passed a Test of Power

Ashot Agaian, a student of the College of Law, became a participant of the project Temptation of Power of the First National TV Channel. Five OANU students, Viktoria Markovych, Yulis Lopanchuk, Anastasia Iskovych and Marta Ihumensheva, participated in the selection for the programme. They were supported by newspaper The Day and demonstrated their eagerness to become the project participants.

Ashot was the first among the students of the Academy to participate in the project. He is the only and the youngest participant who was tempted by power, regardless the fact that he had never watched the programme before. His age made no obstacle for his active and straightforward indication of the topical and burning problems that the Ukrainian youth recognize.

It is worth mentioning that Temptation of Power is an original discussion between students and experts, Natalia Vitrenko and Valerii Bebyk, aimed at disputes about the events taking place in the history of modern Ukraine and demanding attention of youth, as the youth can make impulses towards generation of new visions of the phenomena.
