Mr Braghetto did a lecture on the history and development of EU and the perspectives of its expansion. Illes Braghetto pointed out that the future of Ukraine as a member of EU depends on Ukrainians and readiness of the Ukrainian authorities for major changes in domestic and foreign policy. Answering the question about the possibility of cooperative projects between OANU and Italian universities, exchange programmes in particular, Mr Braghetto assured that he would gladly support all the initiatives of Ostroh Academy.
Meeting With European Parliament Member Illes Braghetto

On 29 October Ostroh Academy students had a meeting with the member of European Parliament Illes Braghetto. Mr Braghetto is the vice-president of the Committee of Fish Industry and a member of the Committee of Employment; he represents the group of Christian Democrats.
