The main notions in his report were demographical situation in the country, social layers and population income. At the same time Uwe Klenner compared the statistic data from both his and other countries. He also told the audience that he was interested in similar information in Ukraine. “I always read your newspapers and collect information. The most interesting thing for me is the implementation of the Bologna system in such higher educational establishments as yours. I am also interested in the way how minimum wage of the population grows. On the one hand, I give the lectures on these phenomena in Germany and, on the other, I study myself, researching them in Ukraine”, said the guest.
It was not the only Uwe Klenner’s visit to Ukraine, but it was the first time he visited Ostroh Academy. When German scientist was asked about his impressions about the university, Mr Klenner replied that he visited the higher educational establishment having such a great and ancient history with pleasure. Besides, he expressed his admiration for both students and professors of the university.
