Goal of the Educational and Professional Program: to thoroughly develop students' knowledge, abilities, and skills of analytical, expert, educational, advisory, informational, communicative, organizational, and methodological activities; to provide mastery of technologies for competent assessment of cyber and cross-cultural processes of modernity.

Characteristics of the Educational and Professional Program: 

Emphasis on the research work of a cultural specialist, studying disciplines from theoretical cultural studies, mandatory two-level practice, in particular scientific research, pedagogical (in institutions of higher education).
