Goal of the Educational and Professional Program: to prepare specialists who are capable of identifying and solving complex tasks and problems in the field of management, in particular personnel, involving research and/or innovation in practice activities and are characterized by the uncertainty of conditions and requirements.

Characteristics of the Educational and Professional Program: 

Education in the field of management and administration involves the acquisition of fundamental knowledge of management.

The main focus of the Educational and Professional program is the orientation to modern practical and scientific achievements in the field of management aimed at the development of competencies in students to carry out practical, research, and innovative activities in the field of management and administration, personnel management, taking into account the requirements of the economic environment.

Combining theoretical knowledge with practical activity and scientific knowledge.

Students undergo pre-diploma training where they consolidate decision-making skills and personnel management in practice.
