The National University of Ostroh Academy is the successor of Ostroh Slavic, Greek and Latin Academy, the first higher educational establishment of the Eastern Slavs.

Goal of the educational and scientific program: to prepare highly qualified, competitive, integrated into the European and world scientific and educational space specialist with the degree "Doctor of Philosophy" in the specialty 081 Law who successfully performed and carried out his scientific research in specialized science council; is capable of independent research, scientific and organizational, pedagogical and organizational, and practical activities in the Branch of law.

Characteristics of the educational and scientific program:

The educational and scientific program for training doctors of philosophy of law is Goaled at taking into account radical changes in all areas of social life that require training of lawyers-specialists with high qualifications.
