General information about the Department

The Department of Civil Law Disciplines was formed in 2005, owing to the reorganization of the Department of Special Legal Disciplines (Order #23 of April 8, 2005). The main purpose of the educational activities of the Department is to train highly qualified lawyers. The most important task of the Department is to develop the educational process and improve the quality of teaching civil law disciplines, and provide them with teaching materials.

Scientific activity of the Department

The scientific work of the Department is realized in the field of legal regulation of civil, corporate, land relations, as well as other topical issues of private law. In total, the Department includes 8 lecturers, 5 of them have got scientific degrees. The teaching staff of the Department is constantly improving their skills, participates systematically in international and local scientific conferences.

Theme of research of the Department: "Problems of personal non-property and property rights" (state registration number 0121U112615), guided by Blaschuk Tetyana Volodymyrivna, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines of I. Malynovskyi Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of the National University of “Ostroh Academy". The purpose of the scientific research is to solve theoretical and practical problems of implementation and protection of subjective property and non-property rights.
